New York solar farm developer, Cypress Creek Renewables (CCR) announced today it will host a series of open houses this July 12th, 13th and 14th in Ulster, Sullivan and Orange Counties, respectively.
CCR is planning several small utility-scale developments in New York and is hosting these open discussions in order to introduce themselves and answer any questions community members may have.
At each open house, CCR representatives will deliver a short presentation about local solar development and their proposed upcoming projects, followed by a question and answer session. CCR encourages all interested community members to attend, ask questions and learn more about the process.
Anne Waling, Zoning Manager for CCR, said of the event, “Cypress Creek Renewables will be a long-term owner and operator of solar projects in New York, so it’s important for us to be a good neighbor. We’re excited to meet local citizens and provide them an opportunity to learn more about solar farming.”
