Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has recently floated a tender for the supply of 286,000 multicrystalline solar photovoltaic (PV) cells.
The last date of bids submission is 12-12-2020.
According to the document the dimensions of the cell should be 157×157 ± 1.0mm in and 220 microns thick ± 20 microns.
The cells should range between 4.52W and 4.82W and must be five bus bars long.
