B.Grimm Power Invests Baht 358.23 Million To Expand Solar PV Investments

B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited would like to inform you that, B.Grimm Power Korea Limited (a 100% owned subsidiary of B.Grimm Power) has acquired 49% of the total issued shares of Lohas ECE Spain Gifu Co., Ltd., the developer of solar PV projects with a total capacity of 20 megawatts in Japan.

The total investment is Japanese Yen 1,400,000,000 approximately (equivalent to Baht 358.23 million). The purpose of investment is to expand the investment in Solar PV projects.

B.Grimm Power has signed several agreements including with EDL-Gen to collaborate on power business development to serve ASEAN’s clean energy demand.

B.Grimm Power’s total installed capacity is currently 3,379 MW. With new projects already under development and construction, the capacity will rise to 4,015 MW by 2030. The company’s target is to reach 7,200 MW across the ASEAN region by the year 2025.
