Indian Oil Corporation Invites Bids for 5 MW Solar Power Project O&M Contract

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has issued an invitation to bid for a comprehensive annual rate contract for the operation and maintenance of a 5 MW solar power project at its Rawra facility in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

The contract will be for three years, and the contractor will be responsible for all types of maintenance to maximize electricity generation, with a minimum performance ratio of 76% subject to 99.6% grid availability.

Bidders must have a minimum annual turnover of โ‚น33.4 lakhs during any of the previous three financial years and have previously completed the O&M of a grid-connected solar power project with a capacity of 1 MW or above in India, with a contract duration of at least two years.

The deadline for submission of bids is April 7, 2023, and bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of โ‚น1.67 lakhs. The successful bidder must also submit a performance security of 3% of the nominal contract value within 15 days of receiving the acceptance letter.
