Can you provide an overview of the range of solar PV modules and products offered by Saatvik Solar?

Saatvik Solar is engaged in the manufacturing of premium-quality solar modules. Saatvikโ€™s product portfolio consists of Polycrystalline, Monocrystalline, Mono Perc Bifacial PV modules with a Capacity range starting from 335Wp and offers up to 580Wp in M10 technology respectively. We have recently added the latest N-TopCon technology to our product portfolio delivering high efficiency up to 625Wp.

How does Saatvik Solar ensure the quality and efficiency of its solar PV modules?

Saatvik Solar always ensures that high-quality products are supplied to our clients across the globe for which we have defined quality control standards and procedures, Our quality procedures adhere to international quality standards such as I.E.Cย ย and ISO. Apart from mandatory standards, our products are tested by third-party accredited labs and agencies to ensure quality. (PVEL PQP testing , PVtech , PV cycle)

To deliver quality products, raw material selection plays a crucial role in the durability and efficiency of solar PV modules. Our procurement team pays special attention while procuring the raw material such as Silicon wafers, back sheets and encapsulation to ensure that selected items meet the necessary quality and technical specifications.

Prior to deliver finished products to the consumer site, our modules undergo rigorous testing and inspections including electrical tests to check for performance, visual inspections for defeats and thermal cycling tests to assess reliability under varying temperature conditions.

Our solar modules are certified by independent third party & NABL accredited labs such as I.E.C, UL and TUV etc. to verify compliance with mandatory industry standards like IEC/ BIS / UL /ALMM /CEC and safety regulations.

How does Saatvik Solar support its customers in terms of installation, maintenance, and after-sales service?

Saatvik Solar offers a variety of services to help our customers with installation, maintenance, and even after-sales support. Saatvik provides initial consultations and assessments to determine the appropriateness of the location, as well as system design. Apart from delivering modules, our EPC division also handles project commissioning, which includes obtaining permits, mounting, electrical systems, and so on. Saatvik is committed to providing excellence, thus quality assurance audits are performed on-site to ensure that the installation is completed precisely and fulfills all safety and performance parameters. Our trainers give installers and developers timely training, leading them through the installation process, maintenance work, and warranty claims procedures etc.

Are there any upcoming innovations or expansion plans for Saatvik Solar in the Indian solar market?

As per our expansion plan, we have expanded our production capacity from 1.5GW to 3 GW/Annum in Ambala (Haryana) by establishing a new cutting-edge technology facility which will be operational by Nov 2023. Saatvik is also coming up with a Greenfield project in Gandhidham Gujarat, by introducing an integrated cell and module manufacturing line with an annual production capacity of 2 GW/Annum. Saatvik also aims to open a world-class infra set up in the USA as well to cater export market, all the groundwork for establishing mega projects has already been accomplished.

What are the latest technologies in Solar PV module offerings from Saatvik? Please share the key features.

Saatvik has introduced N-TopCon modules with M10 16BB with Glass to Glass. The maximum output that Saatvik will offer is 625Wp with an efficiency up to 22.4%.
