GIPCL is extending invitations to interested parties to participate in the tender process for bidding and selection of a contractor for the EPC Package. This comprehensive package encompasses various aspects including but not limited to land acquisition, design, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, transportation, installation, testing, commissioning, and operational maintenance.
The scope also entails ensuring power evacuation to the GETCO substation for the 500 MW (AC) Grid Interactive Solar PV Power Plant. The contract, under single-point responsibility, involves adherence to specified terms and conditions and includes a three-year comprehensive O&M agreement covering the solar PV plant, Switchyard, transmission lines, and EHV bay at the STU (GETCO) substation.
Bidders must submit their proposals by April 2, 2024, with bid opening scheduled for the following day.
The Bidder must offer a Minimum Bid Capacity of 25 MW (AC), and for a single project, it cannot be less than 4 MW. Additionally, a total of 16 MW capacity must be located within a radius of 5 KM from each other.
The validity of bid offers will extend for a period of six months from the due date of bid submission.
The bidder must pay a tender fee, which are non-refundable, amount to Rs. 2,950/-, inclusive of Rs. 2,500 + 18% GST.
The Contractor is obligated to provide a Security Deposit (SD) cum Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) amounting to 10% (ten percent) of the EPC Contract Price within one month following the issuance of the Letter of Intent (LoI). Upon completion and acceptance of the Performance Guarantee, 5% of the total EPC Contract Price must be submitted.
The Bidder’s Annual Average Financial Turnover for the last three (3) financial years must be a minimum of Rs. 1.5 Crores per MW capacity quoted by the Bidder.
