NLC INDIA LTD Invites bids for Supply of Central Inverters for 600 MW Solar Project in GSECL’s Solar Park at Khavda (GSECL Stage-2), Gujarat on Package Basis.
The scope of work includes manufacturing, supplying, packing, forwarding, transportation (including transit insurance) of central inverters, as well as supervision during erection, installation, testing, and commissioning at the site. It’s important to note that this Scope of Work serves as an indication only. For a more comprehensive understanding, the detailed Scope of Work can be found in Volume-II (Technical Specification).
The deadline for online bid submission (Parts I and II) along with the physical cover is set for 22nd March 2024, 2:30 PM IST. The opening of Part I and the physical cover will occur on the same day at 3:00 PM IST.
The cost of the tender document is Rs 20,000 and is non-refundable.
Bidders must submit a bid guarantee amount of Rs. 32.84 lakhs. The Bid Guarantee can be in the form of either (a) a Bank Guarantee valid for 120 days from the opening of Part-I bids or (b) a demand draft drawn in Favor of NLC India Limited for an equivalent amount.
The bidder must have a track record of manufacturing and supplying central inverters with a capacity of 1.1 MW or higher, totalling at least 150MW across one or more orders for solar power plants to governmental, quasi-governmental, PSU, public limited, or private limited companies within the past seven years as of the date of the opening of the Techno-commercial Bid.
The provided Central Inverter must demonstrate successful operation for a minimum of one year from the commissioning date, as of the original scheduled date of tender opening.
The Bidder shall have a Positive Net Worth as per the latest audited financial statements. Additionally, the average annual turnover of the bidder should not be less than 19.70 Crore for the last three (3) consecutive financial years as on the original scheduled date of tender opening.
