Ohms Energy Pvt. Ltd., a prominent Solar Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firm headquartered in Mumbai, proudly announces the successful completion of a 600 kWp solar rooftop installation at Rossari Biotech Ltd. in Dahej. This achievement signifies a significant advancement in renewable energy deployment, especially considering the challenging corrosive conditions prevalent in chemical factories. The project underscores the innovative approach and customer-centric focus demonstrated by EPC companies in the renewable energy sector.

The newly operational solar plant is projected to generate over 60,000 units of electricity per month, leading to an impressive reduction of approximately 1,478,400 kilograms of carbon dioxide emissions annually. This emission reduction is equivalent to mitigating the greenhouse gas emissions produced by 300 cars in a year.

In a departure from traditional installation methods, Ohms Energy accomplished this feat without making a single penetration in the metal roof of the factory, ensuring both efficiency and strict adherence to safety protocols. The company’s commitment to customer satisfaction ensured a seamless installation process without causing any disruption to the factory’s daily operations. Rossari Biotech’s proactive embrace of sustainability sets a compelling example for other players in the specialty chemical industry.

As Ohms Energy Pvt. Ltd. continues to lead the charge towards sustainable energy solutions, this achievement highlights how chemical companies are embracing solar energy not only to cut costs but also to enhance their appeal as preferred suppliers for global partners by meeting rigorous Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards.
