This strategic collaboration is set to enhance Jakson Group’s distribution network by granting Powernsun exclusive distributorship rights for its solar product portfolio, including solar panels and inverters, in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.
The products, which will be manufactured at Jakson Group’s Noida facility, are poised to significantly bolster the company’s market presence and contribute to the sustainable energy landscape of the regions. Anurag Garg, CEO of Jakson Solar Modules and Products Business, emphasized the importance of the partnership, stating, “Our partnership with Powernsun is a critical step in our ongoing efforts to lead India towards a self-reliant energy future. It’s not just about expanding our market presence; it’s about making a meaningful impact on the environment and society.”
Jakson Group’s enhanced manufacturing capabilities, now at 1.2GW, alongside key projects like the solar rooftop at Ayodhya Airport and a 40MW power plant in the state, underline the company’s commitment to sustainable development. The company has already made significant strides in this direction by delivering over 100,000 solar modules for significant solar power projects, showcasing its dedication to meeting the growing demand for clean energy.
Abhinav Sharma, Head of Sales & Business Development at Powernsun, also shared his enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting its alignment with their mission to promote sustainable energy solutions in Lucknow and Maharashtra. He commended Jakson Group for its proven track record in delivering high-quality, innovative solar energy solutions.
