B.Grimm Power and Greenergy have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to develop multiple solar energy projects exceeding 500 kilowatts for businesses outside industrial estates.
The collaboration aims to achieve a target capacity of 100-300 megawatts through direct Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) from both on-site and off-site installations.
Additionally, the partnership will prepare for energy trading via the Third Party Access system and support B.Grimm Power’s off-grid electricity needs through a Sales and Leaseback Agreement.
