In collaboration with Magnon Green Energy, a renewable energy subsidiary of the Ence Group, energy solutions have successfully completed an industrial self-consumption photovoltaic project across several facilities in Spain. The project boasts a total installed capacity of over 3 MW.
The installations, utilizing surplus energy with or without grid feed depending on the system, feature more than 7,000 photovoltaic modules. The plants are situated in Puertollano, Mรฉrida, and Huelva, spanning over 55,000 square meters and generating more than 5,600 MWh of photovoltaic energy annually.
The distribution of installed capacity is as follows:
- The Mรฉrida plant has a capacity of 324.72 kW, with 968 photovoltaic modules covering an area of 1,968 square meters.
- Two Huelva plants have capacities of 820 kW and 982 kW, built with 2,484 and 1,820 modules, respectively.
- The Puertollano plant, with a capacity of 982.8 kW, features 1,820 solar panels over an area of 17,500 square meters.
The first project in Huelva was completed in 2019, followed by the Mรฉrida plant in 2021. The second Huelva plant and the Puertollano facility have recently been connected to the grid.
