EnerMAN IoT SCADA (ETi-SOL), a web application software runs on cloud platform with CMS / RMS capabilities, supports monitoring & control of performance of key equipment 24/7 with sampling frequency of 1 minute and notify the alerts / alarms on breakdown of equipment in few seconds. This will help Engineers/Technicians to attend the breakdown to reduce the loss of generation.
AI/ML driven ETi-SOL provides an analysis report on Inverter performance ranking and Inverter downtime loss; this will help Engineers / Technicians to take corrective action to improve the performance of low performing Inverters and take preventive action to reduce the down time of Inverters.
These features will help improve the generation efficiency by more than 2%. The 2+ % increase in energy generation from 2.5+GW Solar PV plants/Rooftops translates to 67+ million units additional generation per year.
What role do EnerMAN’s digital solutions play in helping the renewable energy sector achieve net-zero goals across different regions?
EnerMAN Innovative Digital products will help in improving the generation by more than 2%. The 2+ % increase in energy generation by 67+ million units per year from 2.5+GW Solar PV plants. This will translate into CO2 emissions reduction by 27+ Metric tons per year, which is equivalent of nurturing 1.3+ million mature trees.

EnerMAN continues to work on cost optimization. EnerMAN is proud of bringing down the cost of SCADA solution in India from INR 3.5 lakhs per MW in 2015 to less than INR 1 lakhs per MW by developing end-to-end Hardware, Firmware and Software using in-house team from Bengaluru.
EnerMAN developed Solar and Solar-Wind Hybrid Power Plant Controller (PPC) with High Availability feature with Cybersecurity attach protection features at affordable price, again by bringing down PPC price from INR 15+ lakhs to less than INR 10 lakhs.
