At the 18th Italian International Renewable Energy Exhibition (KEY ENERGY) on March 5, 2025, Polyshine Solar introduced its revolutionary lightweight flexible photovoltaic modules, capturing global attention. Designed to transform rooftop solar adoption, these innovative panels combine ultra-lightweight engineering, easy installation, and a 25-year performance guarantee, making it simpler for households and businesses to transition to clean energy.
One of the standout features of these modules is their significant weight reduction. Using patented polymer encapsulation technology, Polyshine Solar has achieved a 70% weight reduction compared to traditional glass-based panels, making them as light as 2.92 kg/ใก. With a bending radius of 0.5 meters, these modules can be installed on curved surfaces or low-load-bearing structures without the need for costly retrofitting.
Installation is designed to be effortless, with options for peel-and-stick adhesion or strap-fastening, allowing for rapid deployment of distributed solar systems without the need for drilling or mounting frames. Additionally, the product meets international safety and quality standards, having been certified by TUV, CQC, CE, and other global authorities, ensuring compliance across different markets.
Polyshine Solarโs product lineup includes solutions for both commercial and industrial rooftops, offering seamless integration with curved or lightweight structures. The company also unveiled its balcony solar solutions, which feature Velcro straps and grommets for easy DIY installation, turning urban balconies into functional micro power plants.
By simplifying solar installation to a “stick-and-generate” model, Polyshine Solar is making renewable energy more accessible than ever. During its showcase at KEY ENERGY, the company received over 2,000 inquiries, highlighting strong market interest. Looking ahead, Polyshine Solar plans to expand globally, transforming underutilized rooftops into clean energy assets and empowering building owners to actively contribute to sustainable development
