As an industry pioneer, what do you think are the overall advantages of Situo in the industry?

Situo, as a brand under Sol-Bright, brings over 12 years of deep experience in photovoltaic (PV) module cleaning technology. Our key advantage lies in our vertically integrated supply chain everything from raw materials to finished products is handled in-house. We operate our own brush assembly units, battery manufacturing, and steel structure fabrication units. This not only ensures high-quality control but also gives us unmatched agility and cost-efficiency.

Additionally, we deploy a global service infrastructure. With over 200 service engineers on the ground and strategically located warehouses across India, Central Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and China, we ensure fast turnaround times. Our average site response time is under 24 hours, with dedicated manpower and spare parts available at each project site. These capabilities allow us to maintain a high availability rate and less than 5% soil loss, setting us apart in the global PV cleaning robot market.

How can we provide customers with better operation and maintenance services?

At Sol-Bright, we believe that proximity, speed, and specialization are the key to exceptional O&M services. We work with local teams who are intimately familiar with the conditions and challenges at each project site. Our engineers are stationed strategically to offer rapid response, and our warehouses ensure that parts and units are always accessible.

We also take pride in building tailored service solutions. For each project, we assign dedicated personnel and maintain spare parts on-site to ensure uptime. This integrated service model reduces customer downtime and enhances system performance, delivering peace of mind and operational efficiency.

As a “time-honored brand” of photovoltaic module cleaning robots, Situo has been deeply engaged in overseas markets. So, what are Situo’s plans for the global market in the future?

Our vision is to solidify our leadership in the global solar cleaning robotics space. Today, we operate across more than 200 projects with 95,000+ robots and have already surpassed 40 GW of installed capacity. But we’re not stopping there.
