EDF Power Solutions North America has appointed Amy Lloyd as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), strengthening its leadership team as it advances sustainable energy solutions across the region.
Amy brings over 20 years of expertise in finance, investment, and infrastructure, having held senior positions at Barclays, Citigroup Capital Markets, and ACS Infrastructure Development. She has a proven track record in originating and executing large-scale structured projects in infrastructure, energy, and real estate, with a strong emphasis on green energy and climate-focused financing. Throughout her career, Amy has played a key role in advising, lending, and securing over $25 billion in private financing for more than 20 major infrastructure projects worldwide. “Amy’s comprehensive expertise in project finance, M&A, risk management, and asset optimization, combined with her proven leadership in corporate finance, will be invaluable as we continue to expand our low-carbon energy initiatives,” said Tristan Grimbert, President and CEO of EDF power solutions North America. “Her innovative approach to financial strategy and commitment to sustainability align perfectly with EDF power solutions’ mission to lead the transition to a sustainable energy future.
