Star Charge Americas Corp. has executed a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with Beneficial Holdings, Inc. for the development of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in the United States and Puerto Rico.
Under the agreement, over 32.24 gigawatt-hours (GWh) of energy storage capacity is planned across multiple projects, representing a total contract value exceeding $3.2 billion. These projects aim to alleviate grid congestion, enhance energy reliability, and promote sustainable business growth in key regions.
Beneficial Holdings, headquartered in Newark, New Jersey, is focused on infrastructure development, including stand-alone battery storage and powered land projects.
