Dharan Infra Solar, the renewable energy subsidiary of Dharan Infra-EPC, has secured an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract worth ₹215 crore to develop 75 MW (AC) / 95.10 MWp (DC) of grid-connected solar power projects across Maharashtra.
The order has been awarded by Skymax Infrapower. As part of the contract, Dharan Infra Solar will be responsible for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of solar PV systems. The projects will be executed across nine different locations in the state and delivered in a phased manner as per a mutually agreed timeline.
The scope of work includes structural installations, equipment supply, and end-to-end project execution until grid synchronization and commissioning.
This marks a significant milestone for Dharan Infra Solar, which was incorporated in June 2025 as a dedicated renewable energy arm of Dharan Infra-EPC. The company has recently been expanding its footprint in the solar EPC sector with new project wins across India.
Dharan Infra-EPC stated that the contract reinforces its commitment to India’s renewable energy transition and strengthens its project portfolio in the utility-scale solar segment.
