Voltalia has surpassed 8 gigawatts of capacity under management for third parties—reaching its 2027 target nearly two years ahead of schedule. This achievement follows the signing of 937 megawatts (MW) in new maintenance contracts in Brazil, reinforcing Voltalia’s strong growth and leadership in renewable energy services.

The newly signed Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts were secured with major partners including Kroma Energia, EDP, Newave, Gerdau, and Kairós Wind (managed by Semper Energia), covering four large-scale projects: the 451 MW Barro Alto solar project with Newave and Gerdau, the 250 MW Arapuá solar project with Kroma Energia, the 124 MW Serra da Borborema wind project with EDP, and the 112.5 MW Kairós wind project with Semper Energia.

These contracts build on Voltalia’s expanding global footprint, following new agreements earlier this year in Ireland, France, and Portugal. Surpassing the 8 GW milestone highlights the trust leading energy companies place in Voltalia’s expertise and cements its position as a preferred partner for third-party renewable energy operations and maintenance worldwide.

Achieving this milestone nearly two years ahead of schedule marks a major step forward for Voltalia. It is a collective success that I warmly acknowledge, with sincere thanks to all our teams. This key milestone reflects the renewed trust of our partners and confirms our ability to support the large-scale energy transition over the long term,” said Robert Klein, CEO of Voltalia.
