Shoals Technologies Group, Inc., a leading global provider of electrical balance of system (EBOS) solutions for the energy transition sector, has announced the appointment of David Van Bibber as Chief Accounting Officer. The addition of Van Bibber to the executive leadership team further strengthens Shoals’ financial management and supports its continued growth trajectory.
David Van Bibber brings more than 25 years of extensive accounting and finance experience across several publicly traded, multinational manufacturing organizations. Before joining Shoals, he served as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Haynes International, Inc., where he oversaw the company’s global accounting operations and played a key role in financial reporting and compliance for the publicly listed metals manufacturer.
Van Bibber began his professional career in public accounting and went on to hold senior finance roles across multiple sectors, including medical devices, wire and cable, connectivity, and metal alloys. His diverse experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of financial leadership, operational efficiency, and corporate governance within complex, global business environments.

David Van Bibber holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. His appointment reflects Shoals’ commitment to building a strong and experienced leadership team capable of guiding the company through its next phase of expansion in the rapidly evolving global renewable energy market.
