On 18 December, Jinko ESS successfully hosted the Jinko ESS Summit in Casablanca, Morocco, marking an important milestone in supporting the country’s rapidly growing renewable energy and energy storage ecosystem. The event brought together key industry stakeholders, energy professionals, and partners to discuss the critical role of battery energy storage systems in enabling a resilient and sustainable energy future.

The summit agenda featured a series of insightful presentations led by Jinko ESS experts. The event opened with a welcome address by Asif SW and Ouafae Khribech, who outlined Jinko ESS’s vision for advancing energy storage and renewable energy integration in the region. This was followed by in-depth technical sessions delivered by Titus Koech, Hao Yang, and Abdallah Nzby, who presented Jinko ESS’s latest solutions.

During the technical presentations, Jinko ESS introduced its new utility-scale energy storage system, Suntera G3 (6.25 MWh), alongside its commercial and industrial (C&I) solutions, including SunGiga G2 (261 kWh) and SunGiga G2 Plus (522 kWh). The sessions highlighted the systems’ performance, scalability, and suitability for diverse applications within Morocco’s evolving energy landscape.
One of the key highlights of the summit was the signing of two strategic Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with Jet Energy and Energy Handle, reinforcing Jinko ESS’s commitment to building strong local partnerships and accelerating the deployment of advanced energy storage solutions across Morocco.
