Entech has finalised the implementation of a €60 million loan agreement to support the expansion of its business, with the financing completed on December 17 with the backing of its long-standing banking partners.

The three-year, renewable financing package comprises a €30 million revolving credit facility intended to finance or refinance working capital requirements linked to ongoing and future projects. In addition, the agreement includes a €30 million signature credit line to support the issuance of bank guarantees required for project execution.

According to the company, the funding will strengthen its capacity to support growth in the design and installation of renewable energy production, energy conversion, and storage solutions.

The financing was arranged with the Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel du Finistère and CIC Ouest acting as co-arrangers and lenders. Additional lenders include Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels, BNP Paribas, Caisse d’Épargne Bretagne – Pays de Loire, and Crédit Lyonnais.
