Adani Green Energy Ltd. (AGEL) has commissioned 307.4 MW of renewable energy capacity at Gujarat’s Khavda Renewable Energy Zone, strengthening its clean energy portfolio at the start of 2026. According to a regulatory filing, the newly commissioned projects began generating power from January 1, 2026.

The capacity addition comprises a mix of solar, wind, and hybrid power projects developed through various step-down subsidiaries. The largest contribution comes from a 126 MW hybrid power project commissioned by Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five Ltd. This is followed by a 75 MW solar project brought online by Adani Green Energy Twenty Five C Ltd and a 50 MW hybrid project commissioned by Adani Green Energy Twenty Six B Ltd.

AGEL has also added wind power capacity through multiple installations, including units of 31.2 MW, 25 MW, and a smaller 0.2 MW project. Collectively, these additions account for the full 307.4 MW increase to the company’s operational renewable energy base.

Following this commissioning, Adani Green Energy’s total operational renewable energy capacity has increased to 17,237.2 MW, reinforcing its leadership position in India’s renewable energy sector. The Khavda Renewable Energy Zone is a critical component of the Gujarat Hybrid Renewable Energy Park, one of the country’s flagship projects aimed at large-scale integration of solar and wind power.
