A consortium led by Temasek Holdings is in talks to invest ₹1,500 crore in CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions ahead of its IPO. Participating investors include Bain Capital and Steadview Capital. CleanMax, India’s largest C&I renewable energy provider, aims to strengthen its balance sheet and reduce IPO size with this funding.
