Saatvik Green Energy Secures ₹44.10 Crore Solar Module Supply Order For Delivery By March 2026, Strengthening Its Position Among India’s Leading IPP And EPC Partners

Saatvik Green Energy Limited announced that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has secured and accepted a solar photovoltaic module supply order valued at ₹44.10 crore. The order has been placed by a well-known Independent Power Producer/EPC company and is scheduled for completion by March 2026.

This new contract reinforces the steady market demand for Saatvik’s high-quality solar modules and further strengthens the company’s position among India’s leading renewable energy developers and EPC companies. It also reflects ongoing customer confidence in the company’s advanced manufacturing capabilities, reliable product quality and consistent project execution.

Commenting on the development, Prashant Mathur said that securing the ₹44.10 crore order highlights the strong trust customers place in the company’s manufacturing excellence and dependable delivery record. He added that as India accelerates its shift toward renewable energy, the company remains committed to boosting domestic solar manufacturing, improving operational efficiency and providing high-performance solar solutions that support the country’s clean-energy objectives.

This order comes at a time when Saatvik has been expanding its order book and consistently delivering on multiple projects. In recent months, the company has achieved several milestones through its subsidiaries, including a ₹9.63 crore solar module order, a ₹10.15 crore module supply contract from a top EPC developer, a ₹13.80 crore supply order from a leading IPP/EPC player, a ₹20.84 crore turnkey solar EPC contract secured by Saatvik Cleantech EPC Private Limited, and a major ₹486 crore module supply order from a prominent industry player. These developments reflect a strong pipeline and demonstrate the company’s growing presence in India’s renewable energy market.

On the manufacturing side, the company recently commissioned a 2 GW in-house EPE film production facility. This expansion strengthens its vertical integration strategy and further reinforces its role as a key contributor to the Make in India initiative. Overall, the newly secured order, along with Saatvik’s recent achievements, signals robust growth momentum as the company continues to scale its capabilities and support India’s renewable energy goals.
