Bondada Engineering Limited has secured a Notification of Award (NOA) from NTPC Renewable Energy Limited for the execution of Balance of System (BOS) works for a 600 MW solar photovoltaic project at Fatehgarh in Rajasthan.
The order, valued at approximately ₹816 crore, will be executed under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) model and includes operations and maintenance (O&M) services for a period of three years.
According to the company, the scope of work includes design, engineering, site development, manufacturing, supply, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of the solar power project.
This marks the second major order awarded to Bondada Engineering by the NTPC Group, taking the company’s cumulative order inflow from the group to approximately ₹1,207 crore with a combined project capacity nearing 1 GW.
With the addition of the latest project, Bondada Engineering stated that its total Solar EPC order book has increased to nearly 5.3 GWp, enhancing execution visibility and strengthening medium-term revenue prospects.
The company noted that the repeat order reflects NTPC Group’s continued confidence in Bondada Engineering’s execution capabilities, operational efficiency, and project delivery performance in the renewable energy sector.
The project is scheduled to be completed within 16 months from the receipt of the NOA and is expected to contribute significantly to the company’s revenue and profitability during the execution phase.
The development comes shortly after Bondada Group announced its financial results for FY2025-26. The company reported total revenue of ₹2,843 crore compared to ₹1,571 crore in FY2024-25, registering year-on-year growth of 81%. Profit for FY2025-26 stood at ₹211 crore.
Bondada Group stated that the strong financial performance was driven by the expansion of its operations across renewable energy, telecom, and railway infrastructure businesses.
