According to the tender document, released at the end of May, the company is awaiting bids for the design, engineering, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of the solar parks. The capacity of each project can range between 500 kW and 2 MW at a single location.
Bids from eligible participants are due by June 20. Projects, to be developed on a turnkey basis, have to be completed within 120 days from the date of issue of letter of award.
The tender does not cover the supply of solar modules and inverters. As announced in the tender documents, CEL will deliver at least 300 Wp of modules and the necessary inverter capacity. Selected bidders will take care of operation and maintenance of the solar parks for 10 years.
