SECI Cancels 32MW SCCL Solar PV Pre-Bid Meeting, Opts For Digitalization

SECI has issued a notice in concern with tender related queries for 32 MW (AC) grid-connected ground-based solar PV power project at SCCL, Telangana. The notice stated that it’s evident that the global outbreak of Pandemic Novel Coronavirus, COVID 19 has significantly hampered the functioning of all sectors including institutions, commercial establishments, offices & various manufacturing units are also at standstill. Due to this reason, the pre-bid meeting scheduled for this tender could not be conducted on 02.04.2020.Due to pandemic-situation of coronavirus(COVID 19), various government bodies are also Postponing Site Visits, Extending the Project Deadlines or going digital. As conducting pre-bid meetings is not possible in the current pandemic circumstances, SECI has requested bidders to submit their tender related queries before 09.04.2020 by 1800 Hrs.

SECI Receives Lowest Bid Of INR 2.50/kWh For Its 1200 MW ISTS-connected Solar Project

The Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) Issued results of E-bidding and E-RA for its 1200 MW ISTS-connected solar PV power projects (ISTS-viii). The Shortlisted bidders for this project are SBE Renewables Fifteen Private Limited, AMP Energy Green Pvt. Ltd., Eden Renewable Alma Private Limited and ReNew Solar Power Private Limited.SECI issued a tender for its 1200 MW ISTS-connected solar PV power projects in January, the projects range between 50 MW and 300 MW in capacity. Bidders must quote bids only in multiples of 10 MW. The last date for the submission of bids was February 4, 2020.

SECI Tenders For 15 MW Floating Solar PV Power Plant In Telangana

The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has issued a tender, inviting bids from eligible firms for installing 15 MW floating solar PV power plant for different sites at the Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) in Telangana. The project is divided into 2 sites: Site 1 is STPP Storage Reservoir for the capacity of 10 MW and site 2 is Dorli OC -2 Void, SSCL for the capacity of 5 MW. The last date for bid submission is 4 May 2020 till 1400 Hours, and the techno-commercial bids will be opened on the same date at 1600 Hours. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20 April 2020. The date and time of opening of the price bids will be intimated after the shortlisting of techno-commercial bids. To participate in this bid, bidders will have to submit Earnest Money Deposit(EMD) of Rs 1.701 crore along with their bids.

Indian Oil Tenders For O&M Of 55 KWp On-Grid Roof Solar Project at Trichy

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd(IOCL) floated a tender for Operation and Maintenance of 55 KWp On-Grid Roof Mounted Captive Solar Power Project at IndianOil Terminal at Trichy. The opening date of the bid is 22nd April 2020 at 03:00 PM and end date of bid submission 21 April 2020 at 03:00 PM. The Tender shall be submitted in a “single bid system”.The scope of work for the bidders is divided into two parts, Part-A: Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of 55.0 KWp On-Grid Captive Solar PV (SPV) Plant on turnkey basis inclusive of comprehensive O&M of the SPV Plant for one year from the date of successful project commissioning. Part-B: Operation & Maintenance of Solar Plant for a further period of 4 years from the date of completion of work.

SECI’s Renewable RTC Tender Of 400 MW Oversubscribed by 550 MW As Greenko, Renew, Ayana, HES Bid

The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has announced the list of bidders for its 400 MW tender for renewable power on a round-the-clock basis. The tender has received an avid response from the bidders and it has been oversubscribed by 550 MW. The list of bidders includes Greenko for a capacity of 400 MW, ReNew Power for 400 MW, HES Infra for 100 MW, and Ayana for 50 MW. The projects that will be developed under this tender can be constructed anywhere in India and will be connected to the inter-state transmission system. The bidder will have the option of the type of storage system which is to be installed and will be developed on the Build-Own-Operate (BOO) model. The bidder can apply for a minimum and maximum capacity of 200 and 400 MW respectively. Shortlisted bidders are required to enter into power purchase agreements (PPA) for 25 years and will also be required to connect the projects with the inter-state transmission system (ISTS).

Tata Power Solar Receives LoA From NTPC For 300MW Solar Project Worth INR 1730 cr

Tata Power Solar, an integrated solar company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Power said it has received the Letter of Award (LoA) to build the 300 MW under the CPSU-II scheme for NTPC at an all-inclusive price of Rs 1,730.16 crore. The company had bagged the order in a post reverse auction held on February 21. The Commercial Operation Date (COD) for this grid-connected solar photovoltaic project is set for September 2021 (18 months). It claims that with this order, the order book of Tata Power Solar stands at approximately Rs. 8541 crore including external and internal orders.
