The National Thermal Power Corporation Limited(NTPC), A Government Of India Enterprise invites online bids from eligible bidders on Single Stage Two Envelope Basis (i.e. Envelope-I: Techno-Commercial Bid and Envelope-II: Price Bid) with Reverse Auction for SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and WMS (Weather Monitoring Station) package for Solapur solar PV project in Maharashtra. The last date of downloading bidding documents is 11.05.2020. Pre Bid Conference and Last Date for receipt of queries from prospective Bidders are 14.05.2020. Last Date and Time for receipt of bids comprising both Techno-Commercial Bid and Price Bid is 28.05.2020 14:00:00 (IST). Time of opening of Techno-Commercial Bid is 28.05.2020 14:30:00 (IST)Date and Time of start of Reverse Auction Shall be Intimated separately by NTPC.Along with the bids, bidders are requested to pay INR 1125 as Cost of Bidding Documents and also all bids must be accompanied by Bid Security for an amount of INR 1,00,000/- The document stated that prospective bidders shall be required to provide a GSTIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

SECI Postpones Pre-bid Meetings For Its 3 Major Tenders With 9000 MW Capacity

SECI has issued intimation about pre-bid meetings for its tenders of 2000 MW ISTS-Connected Solar PV Power Projects (ISTS-IX), 2000 MW ISTS-Connected Wind Power Projects (Tranche-IX) and 5000 MW RTC with Thermal Power (RTC-II). The notice states that the pre-bid meeting of Its 3 Major Tenders has been postponed until further notice. The revised schedule for the same will be intimated through email to the participants of the Video Conferencing, the notice added. Earlier, the meetings will be held separately for each of the above-mentioned tenders, through Video Conferencing, the document stated.SECI stated that “Due to the global outbreak of Pandemic Novel Coronavirus, COVID 19 has significantly hampered the functioning of all sectors including institutions, commercial establishments, offices & various manufacturing units are also at standstill”. Due to this, the pre-bid meeting scheduled for these tenders could not be conducted.

SECI Extends Bid Submission Deadline of 34 MW Ground-Based Solar Power Project In Telangana

SECI has issued a notice in concern with the extension of the bid submission deadline for 34 MW (AC) grid-connected ground-based solar PV power project at SCCL, Telangana. Existing Date & Time of Bid Submission and Bid Opening was 20.04.2020 till 1400 HRS and 20.04.2020 at 1600 HRS respectively. Revised Date & Time of Bid Submission and Bid Opening is 13.05.2020 till 1400 HRS and 13.05.2020 at 1600 HRS. Due to the global outbreak of Pandemic Novel Coronavirus, COVID 19 the pre-bid meeting scheduled for this tender could not be conducted on 30.03.2020, and bidders were requested to submit their tender related queries before 05.04.2020 by 1800 Hrs as conducting Pre Bid meetings is not feasible in the current circumstances. The 34 MW capacity will be developed at 2 different sites: Site 1 will be of 11MW and it will be located at Chennur whereas site 2 will be of 23 MW and it will be located at Kothagudem.

SECI Extends Bid Deadline For 15 MW (AC) Floating Solar PV Power Plant

Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) has issued a notice in concern with the extension of the bid submission deadline for 15 MW (AC) Floating Solar PV Power Plant for different packages at SCCL Telangana State. Existing Date & Time of Bid Submission and Bid Opening was 04.05.2020 till 1400 HRS and 04.05.2020 at 1600 HRS respectively. Revised Date & Time of Bid Submission and Bid Opening is 18.05.2020 till 1400 HRS and 18.05.2020 at 1600 HRS. The eligibility criteria for participating in the bid is that the Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) of the bidder in the last three financial years should be Rs 34.02 cr. and the net worth for the last financial year should be positive. As per the last audited financial statement, the bidder should also have a minimum working capital of Rs 21.26 cr. The project is divided into 2 sites: Site 1 is STPP Storage Reservoir for the capacity of 10 MW and site 2 is Dorli OC -2 Void, SSCL for the capacity of 5 MW.

SECI Extends Bids Deadline for 32 MW (AC) OB Dump based Solar PV Power Plant

Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) has issued a notice in concern with the extension of the bid submission deadline for 32 MW (AC) OB Dump based Solar PV Power Plant at different sites of the Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) in Telangana. Existing Date & Time of Bid Submission and Bid Opening was 22.04.2020 till 1400 HRS and 22.04.2020 at 1600 HRS respectively. Revised Date & Time of Bid Submission and Bid Opening is 15.05.2020 till 1400 HRS and 15.05.2020 at 1600 HRS. Scope of work includes designing, engineering, supplying, construction, erection, testing & commissioning of the power plant. The bidder is also expected to provide operation and maintenance for the plant for 10 years. The location of the project is at different sites of SCCL Telangana.Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 2,90,56,000 must be submitted by each bidder.

SECI Cancels Pre-Bid Meet, Goes Digital For 15 MW Floating Solar PV Power Plant

SECI has issued a notice in concern with tender related queries for 15 MW (AC) Floating Solar PV Power Plant for different sites at SCCL Telangana State. The notice stated that it’s evident that the global outbreak of Pandemic Novel Coronavirus, COVID 19 has significantly hampered the functioning of all sectors including institutions, commercial establishments, offices & various manufacturing units are also at standstill. Due to this reason, the pre-bid meeting scheduled for this tender could not be conducted on 20.04.2020. As conducting pre-bid meetings is not possible in the current pandemic circumstances, SECI has requested bidders to submit their tender related queries before 24.04.2020 by 1800 Hrs. The last date for bid submission is 4 May 2020 till 1400 Hours, and the techno-commercial bids will be opened on the same date at 1600 Hours. The date and time of opening of the price bids will be intimated after the shortlisting of techno-commercial bids. To participate in this bid, bidders will have to submit Earnest Money Deposit(EMD) of Rs 1.701 crore along with their bids.

The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) invites proposals from companies active in and capable of development, implementation, and management of an interactive IT platform to conduct all activities, meetings, conferences, and exposition for holding third Global Renewable Energy Investors Meet and Expo (3rd RE-INVEST) in digital space. The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India, was to organize the 3rd Global RE-INVEST India-ISA Partnership Renewable Energy Investors Meet & Expo from 15 October to 17 October 2020 at New Delhi in association with CII. Given the COVID-19 pandemic, it has now been decided to hold this event on a digital platform. Last date for Response to RfP is 11th May (by 5.00 pm) 2020 and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 1.5.2020 for queries related to this RfP.o participate The bidder will have to deposit INR 5 Lakh in the form of a cheque / FDR or bank guarantee in favor of IREDA as Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) EMD. The successful bidder will have to provide 10% of the total project cost as Performance Bank Guarantee. To be eligible for this bid the companies Annual revenue of at least Rs.10 Crore (Audited Annual Report during any of the last three financial years) and the company in past have handled at least two or more such projects in the last three financial years.
