MNRE Extends All Deadlines For One Sun One World One Grid

The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has recently issued a notice in regards with Extension of timelines of each activity of the RFP for Developing a Long Term Vision, Implementation Plan, Road Map and Institutional Framework for implementing One Sun One World One Grid.The notice states that “In view of the prevailing situation and lockdown in many parts of the country due to Covid-19 pandemics and requested by many consulting firms, it has been decided to extend the timeline of each activity “.Accordingly, the pre bid meeting for this tender has been extended from 5 th June 2020 to 22nd June 2020.Deadline for submission of Questions  has been extended from 15th June 2020 to 29th June 2020.Date of response to vendors’ requests for clarification   has been extended  29th June, 2020 to 13th July, 2020.The date of deadline for submission of proposals Online and hardcopy has been extended from  6th July 2020 and 8th July, 2020 to 22nd July 2020and  24th July, 2020 respectively.Evaluation of the proposals & approval remains the same that is for a period of  4 weeks (estimated).

SECI Issues NIT for Installing 10 MW Grid Connected Solar Project in Rajasthan

The Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI)  recently issued notice inviting tender (NIT) for Selection of Solar Power Developers for Setting up of 10 MW Grid Connected Solar PV Power Project to be installed at Bagru, Jaipur District, Rajasthan under Global Competitive Bidding.The tender document has not been released,It has been stated by SECI that “The detailed RfS document including its Annexures are under preparation”.

SECI Reschedules Pre Bid Meet of 2500 MW ISTS-connected Solar PV Projects at UMREPP in Karnataka

Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has issued extension notice in regards to RfS for setting up of 2500 MW ISTS-connected Solar PV Projects at Ultra Mega Renewable Power Park (UMREPP) in Koppal District, Karnataka (ISTS-X).Pre-bid meeting for the tender has been rescheduled to be held on 10.06.2020, at 14:00 hrs (IST). The meeting will be conducted through video-conferencing on the “Blizz” platform by TeamViewer, and invitations to the meeting shall be sent on 09.06.2020. Prospective bidders interested in participating in the pre-bid may intimate the names and email ids of respective participants, by mailing to jayansh.gaur@seci.co.in and pratikpr@seci.co.in, latest by 08.06.2020 (18:00 hrs).The notice also highlighted that “Those who have already emailed regarding participation in the meeting, need not email again.”

AAI Invites Bid For O&M Of 100 KW Solar Plant At Rajasthan

The Airports Authority of India (AAI) invites bids from the eligible contractors for the work of “Operation & Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of 100 KW Solar Energy based power generating system at C.A. Jaisalmer for a period of 2 Years (2020-22).Last date of clarification  regarding this bid is 10.06.2020 upto 1600 hrs. Last date of bid submission is 12.06.2020 upto 1800 hrs. Last date and time of submission of original BG / Demand Draft against EMD and Demand Draft against Tender Processing Fee is 17.06.2020 upto 1800 hrs. Bid Opening Date (Envelope-I) is 18.06.2020 at 1130 hrs. Bid Opening Date (Envelope-II) will be intimated later.Along with the bid bidders must submit Tender processing fee of Rs.1120.00 (i/c GST) and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 28,361/- in the form of Demand Draft.The Estimated cost of  this tender is Rs. 14,18,040/- Lacs (Excluding GST) and period of work is 24 Months.

Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Limited (REIL) Jaipur has issued  This is a Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) for Supply of BOS (Except SPV modules and inverters) , Design, Installation, Testing and Commissioning including Warranty and Operation & Maintenance for a period of 5 years of 120 kWp Grid Connected Solar PV Plant at Steel Authority of India (SAIL)Ware-House in Bangalore , Karnataka and 110kWp Grid Connected Solar PV Plant at SAIL Ware-House in Chennai, Tamilnadu.The last date & time for submitting e- tender is 04.06.2020 up to 16:00 and date & time for opening of e-tenders is 05.06.2020 at 16:00.It has been highlighted that  only online bid will be considered against this tender.The Scope of work for the bidder include feasibility of installation in identified buildings, Obtaining No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Distribution Company (DISCOM) for grid connectivity, Survey, complete design, engineering, manufacture, supply, storage, civil work, erection, testing & commissioning of the grid connected rooftop solar PV project including Operation and Maintenance (O & M) of the project for a period of 5 years after commissioning of the projects as per REIL‘s acceptance.

GUVNL Again Extends Bid Deadline For Its 700 MW Dholera Solar Projects

The Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd has issued a notice stating extension of the bid submission deadline for its 700 MW of solar projects in Dholera Solar Park (Phase IX).The existing deadline for bid submission was 30.05.2020 – 5 pm and now the revised date has been extended to 31.07.2020 – 5 pm.Earlier the submission of technical bids was 01.06.2020 – 11 AM hich has been revised to 04.08.2020 – 11 AM .The financial bid opening date, followed by an e-reverse auction has now been extended from 08.06.2020 – 11 AM to 13.08.2020 – 11 AM.To be eligible to participate in this tender the bidders must have a net worth of Rs. 8000000 as of the end of the last financial year.The ceiling tariff for the tender has been set at ₹2.92 /kWh. In March, GUVNL retendered this project.

Kerala State Electronics Development Corporation Limited (keltron) issued notice inviting tender for supply of 330wp multi-crystalline solar PV modules at  Ramakkalmedu, Idukki, Kerala .Last Date & Time of online Submission of Bid document is 06/06/2020 at 6 pm.Their will be no pre-bid meeting for this tender.Date & Time of Opening of Technical Bids (cover 1)is 10/06/2020 at 9am.Date & Time of Opening of Financial Bids (cover 2) will be published after Technical evaluation.Along with the bid the bidder must submit Tender Document fee of  Rs. 14550/- and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 97000/- .EMD  is exempted for those who have UAN. PGCIL Issues Tender for Evacuation of Power From Solar SEZ in Rajasthan

Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (PGCIL) issued tender  for transmission Line Package TW01 for (i) Ramgarh-II SEZ PP-Fatehgarh-II 400kV D/c line (Twin HTLS) & (ii) Ramgarh-II-Jaisalmer-II (RVPNL) 400kV D/c line (Twin HTLS) under Transmission Scheme for evacuation of power from solar energy zones in Rajasthan (8.1 GW) under Phase II Part-A through tariff based competitive bidding (TBCB).The location of this project is Rajasthan.Pre bid meeting for the same is scheduled on 08-Jun-2020 at 11:30 am.Last date for submitting the soft copy for this tender is 17-Jun-2020 at 11:00 AM and  last date of bid submission for hard copy is 19-Jun-2020 at 11:00 AM.The eligibility criteria to participate in this tender is OPGW manufacturer should be a “Local Supplier” as per latest DP IIT and DoT notification.OPGW manufacturer must have manufactured, type tested (as per IEC or equivalent standard) and supplied at least 100 Kms of OPGW during last seven years and the same must be in satisfactory operation$ for at least two years on 66kV or above transmission line(s), as on the date of NOA.OPGW manufacturer must have manufactured, type tested (as per IEC or equivalent standard) and supplied at least 100 Kms of OPGW as on the date of NOA.
