SECI Tenders For Setting Up 100 MW Solar PV Power Project Along with 50 MW/150 MWh BESS

Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) has issued a tender for setting up 100 MW (AC) Solar PV Project (200MWp DC capacity) along with 50MW/150 MWh Battery Energy Storage System.

Last Date for online submission of Bids: 27/10/2020 till 1400 Hours

Opening of Techno-Commercial Bids: 27/10/2020 at 1430 Hours

Site visit has been planned on 29/09/2020 and Pre-Bid meeting has been scheduled in Raipur, Chhattisgarh on 30/09/2020 at 1130 Hrs.

Scope of work for successful bidder include Design, Engineering, Supply, Construction, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 100 MW (AC) Solar PV Project (200MWp DC capacity) along with 50MW/150 MWh Battery Energy Storage System having 10 years plant O&M at Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh, India.

Bid Security Amount: INR 7 Crs (Indian Rupees Seven Crores only) or USD 0.9 M (US Dollars Zero point Nine Million only).

Maximum 02 (Two) persons from the respective Bidder side are allowed to attend the Site visit & Pre-Bid Meeting. Mail confirmation along with the person details is to be sent latest by 27/09/2020 to sandeeprana@seci.co.in.

Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) has applied for financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Project of Innovation in Solar Power and Hybrid Technologies and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the Contract for the captioned subject. SECI now invites online Bids from eligible Bidders for the captioned subject which will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing”, July 2016 revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation.
