As per the numbers released by JinkoSolar, they have achieved strong numbers in the solar module supply market. In India, Jinko has captured a significant market share with shipments reaching 1200 MW+ by the end of 2020. In addition to this, Jinko has also been recognized as one of the top suppliers to India in last quarter (Q4) with a 650 MW shipment number across all segments. The global solar panel manufacturer claims a 22% market share in India with these numbers.
This massive achievement comes in tandem with a record global shipment number of 70 GW+ installations across the globe.

Jinko has been a market leader when it comes to orchestrating a technology shift from poly to mono in India. He also added, “Jinko has been the advocate of Bifacial technology and its rampant adoption in all future utility scale projects. Jinko has supplied huge capacities to the likes of Azure Power, Fortum, ReNew Power, Mahindra Susten, CleanTech, Hinduja Group, KEC International among others just in 2020 which resonates in our annual shipment number of 1.2 GW+ to India only.”
India remains to be a very important market for JinkoSolar and Jinko has proved that by showcasing exemplary numbers in a challenging year like 2020.
