UPNEDA Tenders for Total 106 MW Solar Plants Under PM KUSUM

Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA) have invited Online Bids (e-tenders) from interested Bidders through e tendering for Selection of Solar Power Generator (SPG) for setting up of Decentralized Ground Mounted Grid Connected Solar Power Plants of 0.5 MW /1 MW/ 1.5 MW / 2 MW (AC) aggregating to
total 106 MW capacity on barren/uncultivable or agriculture land, Pasturelands and Marshlands of farmers falling within a radius of 5 KM from DISCOM’s 33/11KV Substations in Uttar Pradesh under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evem Utthan Mahabhiyan (PM KUSUM) Scheme as mentioned in the tender document.

The last date for submitting bids is June 15.

The e-tender uploaded, the required EMD amount shown to be deposited by the bidder as Rs 5900/-is actually the non-refundable bid processing fees payable by the
bidder inclusive of GST of Rs 5900/MW. Deposition of nonrefundable bid processing fees of Rs 5900/MW is mandatory as per Section II clause 2.81 of RfS .

Therefore the amount shown as to be deposited as EMD should be read as bid processing fees Rs 5900/MW and accordingly bidder is required to deposit fees

Last week Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency (OREDA) has invited request for proposal (RFP) for the selection of solar power generation (SPG) for the development of project under KUSUM-A A scheme in Odisha on Build-Own-Operate (B-O-O) basis.

The last date to submit the bids online is June 22, 2021
