Bihar Renewable Energy Development Agency (BREDA) has initiated Expression of Interest (EoI) for Empanelment of Manufacturers of Luminary, Lithium Battery and Solar PV module for setting up manufacturing unit /Assembly Unit/ Plant in the state of Bihar.
A Manufacturer, who is willing to setup a Manufacturing Unit/ Assembly Unit/ Plant within Six months from date of provisional empanelment in the state of Bihar for SPV Module along with Luminary / LiBattery shall be eligible to participate, provided the firm fulfills all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the tender document.
All the bidders who shall meet the minimum eligibility criteria shall be granted provisional empanelment and shall later be eligible for receiving the preferential
procurement incentives.
Last Date for online submission of bid is 04/08/2022 up to 23:30 Hrs and the bids will be opened on 05/08/2022 at 15:30 Hrs.
Bid Validity is of 180 days from the date of opening of Technical Bid.
INR 10,00,000.00 is the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to be paid through Internet Payment Gateway (IPG).
The bidders should have a minimum manufacturing capacity of 25MW of Solar Modules, 50,000 Lithium batteries and 50,000 luminaries.
Bidders should have a valid Factory License as per Factory Act 1948 and a Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) of 20 Crore of Solar PV module, 10 Crore each for Lithium Batteries and Luminaries.
Bidders should have positive Net worth at the close of the preceding Financial Year.
