KGPCL Issues 1.15 MW Floating Solar Tender in Karnataka

KPC Gas Power Corporation Limited (KGPCL) invites bids from the qualified bidders through GOK e-procurement platform for 1.15 MWAC Floating Solar PV Plant at Yelahanka Combined Cycle Power Plant (YCCPP) Raw Water Pond, Bengaluru.

Scope of work includes Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Surveillance, Testing at Manufacturer’s Works, Packing, Supply, Delivery F.O.R Yelahanka Site, Erection, Testing, Commissioning and Conducting Performance Guarantee Tests With All Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Works Including One Year of Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance.

Earnest Money Deposit Amount is 9,22,500/. Project completion period is of 6 months.

Date and time for opening of Technical Bid is 01.08.2022 @ 11.00 Hrs
Date and time for opening of Financial Bid is 02.08.2022 @ 12:00 Hrs

Bidder should have successfully commissioned at least 1 similar work of establishment of 500kW AC or above capacity FSPV plant in India & the same shall be in satisfactory operation for a minimum period of three months during the preceding 2 years, from the date of issue of NIT, with total Order value not less than Rs.3.40 Crores (single order).

Bidder during the last five financial year period shall have achieved minimum annual turnover of Rs.13.55 Crores for at least two financial years. As proof of the above, the audited balance sheet counter signed by Chartered accountant shall be furnished.

The successful bidder should submit the security deposit of 5% in the form of BG which will not carry any interest towards the EPC cost valid for the period of two years from the date of Commissioning of the plant. For the Operation & maintenance of the plant, performance guarantee of 5% of the O&M cost in the form of BG shall be submitted before commencement of O&M of plant with a validity of 18 months.
