TCIL Invites Bids To Install Rooftop Solar Systems Across Various States of India

Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd (TCIL) has invited bids to install and commission rooftop solar systems as a back-end partner for its projects. The empanelled parties will set up PV systems of different capacities across various states of India.


EOIs are invited from all eligible bidders for Pre-Tender Tie-up with TCIL for “Rate Contract for empanelment of back end partner for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Rooftop Solar Power System of different capacities connected to LT & HT Panel (Grid Connected) in the various states across India”.


TCIL is a Govt. of India Enterprise, under Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications.

Last date & time for Online submission of Bids is 08/08/2022 3:00 PM and Online Opening of Technical Bid (Part-I) is on 10/08/2022 3:00 PM

TCIL intends to select back end partner on rate contract basis for Rooftop SPV based Power Plants of different capacities based on the client requirement for providing the capacity range starting from 1 KW to 8 MW.

The bidder shall fulfill the following financial criteria:-
i. Average Annual Financial Turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st March 2021 should be at least 1.5 Cr. (Excluding GST)
ii. Net worth should be positive as on 31st March 2021.
iii. The bidder should be in profit before tax (PBT) in two out of last three financial years. (FY 2018-19, FY 2019-20, FY 2020-21)

Experience of having successfully completed similar works/supplies during the last 7 years from the date of publication of this EoI, should be either of the following:-
i. Two similar works each costing not less than 1.5 Cr (excluding taxes) in last 7 year Or

ii. One similar work costing not less than 2 Cr (excluding taxes) in last 7 year.
