As part of Al Abbar Group’s commitment to align with the sustainability ambitions in the UAE, Al Abbar Group has signed a second solar lease agreement with SirajPower, the UAE’s leading distributed solar energy provider in the region.
The first solar lease agreement was signed in 2018 and enabled SirajPower to install 3,024 solar PV panels covering 9,100sqm at the Al Abbar facility in Jebel Ali.
The new solar lease agreement will allow SirajPower to install solar panels on the roof of the Al Abbar Group factory in DIP2. The second phase of the solar panel installation will help Al Abbar Group further reduce its carbon footprint and contribute toward its goals of becoming more energy efficient and reducing its reliance on fossil fuels.
SirajPower makes it easier for Commerical & Industrial customers to switch to clean energy.
