APDCL Invites Bids for Selection of Agency To Carry Out Aerial Topography Survey for Setting Up MW Scale Solar Plant

Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) has invited bids from eligible bidders to take part in the tender to select an agency to perform aerial topography surveys using drone-based technology at these project locations in Assam in order to set up a MW-scale solar power plant.

Last date for submitting a bid is October 6, 2022 at 03:00 PM. Bids will open on October 7, 2022 at 03:00 PM.

Scope of work includes the complete design, shadow analysis, engineering, manufacture and supply of roofs, as well as civil work and operation and maintenance (O&M), of the project. Module cleaning will also be performed at regular intervals. The work will be split into two phases.

A. Phase – I: Drone Service; B. Phase – II: Shadow and Watershed Analysis

The bidder should be reputed, experienced and financially sound having experience as an Ariel Topography Survey Service Provider/Agency. Detailed requirements are specified in the eligibility criteria mentioned in this document.

Rs. 500/- is the tender processing fee and Rs. One lakh (1,00,000.00/-) will be required as earnest money deposit (EMD). As performance security, the selected bidder must submit a sum equal to 10% of contract value along with acceptance of the letter o a (LOA), which is valid for 120 days starting from the date of signature of contract or completion of project.

In the three preceding financial years, the minimum annual turnover for a bidder must be 13.45 lakhs. All bidders must have a positive net worth for the three most recent financial years.
