PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed an MoU with Greenstat Hydrogen India Pvt Ltd to collaborate for setting up a Centre of Excellence in Green Energy (CoE-GE) on October 26th.
A statement from PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry said that the industry plans to set up the centre of excellence at its headquarter at New Delhi and Greenstat Hydrogen India Pvt Ltd has joined, as a knowledge partner. Greenstat has over 100 years of knowledge in hydrogen production, storage, transportation and end-use application, said the statement.
The objective of establishing the Centre of Excellence in Green Energy (CoE-GE) is to facilitate partnerships and act as a connecting link for bringing together researchers, academics, innovators and SMEs for capacity building as well as to make the Government of India aware to extend help to the SME Sector in Green Energy transition. The Centre will target six leading markets for hydrogen energy in the country that have significant economic opportunity.
Mr Sturle H Pedersen, CEO/Chairman, Greenstat Hydrogen India and Mr. Saket Dalmia, President, PHDCCI signed the MoU. Dr J P Gupta, Chair, Environment Committee, PHDCCI shared the highlight of MoU.
