Enery, a renewable energy Independent Power Producer (IPP) based in Europe, has successfully completed its first greenfield project in Poland, a 65 MW photovoltaic (PV) project.
The project is part of a larger framework agreement that grants Enery the exclusive right to develop up to approximately 500 MW of renewable energy projects in Poland.
This project represents Enery’s entry into the Polish market, which is seen as a significant opportunity for renewable energy in the areas of PV, wind, and battery storage.
Enery plans to build a diverse portfolio of renewable energy assets in Poland and expand its operations in the region. Enery is a young, operations-led renewable energy company founded by Richard König, Lukas Nemec, and RP Global.
The Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund (3SIIF) is Enery’s cornerstone investor and is supporting the company’s expansion in the renewable energy sector.
Enery currently produces nearly 375 GWh of clean energy, providing electricity to almost 170,000 households and saving more than 130,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions.
