Asia Greentech Fund Announces Disposal Of Shares In Sunview Group Berhad

Asia Greentech Fund, a leading venture capital firm in the green technology sector, has announced the disposal of 42.2 million shares or 9.0% of its investee company, Sunview Group Berhad. After the disposal, Asia Greentech Fund’s shareholding stands at 2.6% or 12.0 million shares. This strategic move is part of its exit strategy as a venture capital firm, and it is part of the normal procedure for its fund to exit after an IPO of the invested company.
