PTC India Financial Services Limited, a renowned financial institution providing sustainable green infrastructure finance, announced that Mr. Mahendra Lodha has joined the company as the Director (Finance) and CFO. Mr. Lodha has in-depth expertise in finance and investment management, which will help to shape the financial strategies and operations of the company.
Mr. Lodha’s career has spanned over three decades and he has held various key leadership positions. Noteworthy experiences include being the Chief Executive Officer at SIDBI Venture Capital Limited and playing a crucial role in Rajasthan Asset Management Co. Pvt. Ltd. (RAMC) and Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation Limited (RIICO). He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (C.A.) and a Company Secretary (C.S.) with a proven track record of venture capital fund management to drive successful investments and profitable exits and shaping result-oriented financial strategies.
In his capacity as Director (Finance) and CFO of PFS, Mr. Lodha will play a key role in leading and managing the financial functions of the company. Given his vast experience and expertise in venture capital and private equity funds, he will be also responsible for strategic financial planning, resource mobilization, and fund management. His deep understanding of the finance sector will contribute to PFS’s financial growth and operational optimization, taking the finance department to unprecedented heights of success.
