Ginlong and PEA Join Forces to Advance Clean Energy Transition in Thailand


Yongyut Photong, Director of the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), and his delegation visited Ginlong (Solis) Technologies Co., Ltd. (Ginlong). Recently, Ginlong and PEA have solidified their partnership through a supply agreement for industrial and commercial projects. PEA, renowned as Thailand’s largest electricity company, operates an extensive power grid business that spans an impressive 99.98% of the country’s land area. The collaboration between Ginlong and PEA is poised to enhance the stability and flexibility of clean energy consumption in Thailand, accelerating the local energy transformation.


In recent years, the photovoltaic market in Southeast Asia has experienced a meteoric rise, with Thailand emerging as the Southeast Asian country with the most abundant clean energy reserves. According to statistics from relevant agencies, utility-scale solar power generation accounts for well over 90% of Thailand’s installed solar power generation capacity.
