The Syrian Investment Agency has awarded an investment license to a solar panel manufacturing project in Adra Industrial City.
With an estimated cost of over 81 billion Syrian pounds and an annual production capacity of 150,000 panels, the project aims to produce high-quality solar panels at competitive prices.
The initiative is driven by the goal of meeting the rising local demand for solar panels and reducing the country’s reliance on imports. Additionally, the project is anticipated to create 53 new job opportunities in the region.
Recently, the town of Sargaya in Syria is witnessing the construction of two solar power plants set to transform the local electricity landscape.
