NHPC Limited has invited online bids through Domestic Competitive Bidding for the establishment of a 200 MW Solar PV Power Project in the 600 MW Solar park (Stage-1) of Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Ltd. (GSECL) located at Khavda, Gujarat.
Interested eligible bidders must submit their bids in a Single Stage-Two Part Bidding Basis, consisting of Part-I: QR+Technical-Bid and Part-II: Financial Bid. The bidding process will also involve an e-Reverse Auction (e-RA).
To participate, bidders need to purchase the bid document at a cost of Rs. 20,000, payable via a demand draft from a Nationalized/Scheduled bank in favor of NHPC Ltd. and payable at Faridabad. Additionally, a Bid Security (EMD) of Rs. 9,20,00,000 must be provided in the form of a Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee.
The period of bid validity is 120 days from the last date of submission of online bids. The completion period for the project involves two parts: for the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) Part, the commissioning period is set at 15 months from the date of issue of Notification of Award. As for the O&M (Operation & Maintenance) Part, the comprehensive operation and maintenance duration is 5 years from the date of commissioning.
The deadline for online bid submission is set for 29.08.2023 (17:30 Hrs), while the last date for offline submission is scheduled for 04.09.2023 (upto 17:00 Hrs).
The opening of the Technical Bid (Part-I) will take place on 06.09.2023 at 11:30 Hrs. Bidders are expected to adhere to the stipulated deadlines and fulfill the necessary requirements to participate in the bidding process for this significant solar power project.
