NTPC Solapur Invites Bids for 10 MW Solar Module Cleaning Project

NTPC Solapur has initiated the process of inviting online bids from eligible bidders for a 10MW Solar module cleaning works at NTPC Solapur project. The bidding will be conducted on a Single Stage Single Envelope basis, with Techno-Commercial Bid and Price Bid being the two components. The project is located in the district of Solapur, Maharashtra, India.

The bidding process requires interested parties to quote their rates and applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) for the total value of the work in the relevant section of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) sheet. Bidders are strictly instructed not to modify or replace the BOQ template provided; instead, they must upload the completed template with the relevant columns duly filled.

The deadline for bid submission is set for July 28, 2023, with the bid opening scheduled for the following day, July 29, 2023.

It is crucial to note that only Class-I local suppliers, as defined in the bidding/ public procurement “Preference to Make in India” order of 2017 and its subsequent amendments/revisions issued by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), are eligible to participate in this tender.

Qualifying requirements for bidders have not been deemed applicable to this project.

The Price Bid section requires bidders to quote their rates and applicable GST for the total work value in the relevant section of the BOQ sheet without making any modifications to the provided template.

The employer retains the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the Invitation for Bids without providing any reason. In such cases, bidders or intending bidders shall have no claims arising from this action.

Transfer of Bidding Documents purchased by one intending bidder to another is not permissible.

Before submitting their bids, interested parties are urged to acquaint themselves with the relevant provisions outlined in the bidding documents.
