Greenergy’s Subsidiary Wins Approval For Solar Power Project In Caloocan City

Greenergy Holdings Incorporated is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Winsun Green Ventures, Inc. (WGVI), has received the Certificate of Acceptance from the City Government of Caloocan for its unsolicited proposal to develop Solar Power Systems in the city.

This certificate allows the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Selection Committee of the City and WGVI to commence negotiations regarding the project’s terms and conditions.

The project, which involves the financing, design, engineering, procurement, installation, operation, and maintenance of Solar Power Systems on city-owned buildings, marks an important step in Greenergy’s commitment to renewable energy and sustainability.

WGVI specializes in energy projects related to renewable energy resource exploration, development, and utilization, both domestically and internationally.

Greenergy Holdings Inc. (GREEN) has demonstrated its dedication to strengthening its position in the renewable energy sector by investing an additional P480 million into WGVI.

The initial payment of P185 million was made upon subscription, with the remaining balance of P295 million scheduled to be paid by November 17, further reinforcing GREEN’s involvement in renewable energy and sustainable community projects.
