Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) has released a Request for Selection (RfS) for the procurement of power through competitive bidding, which will be followed by a reverse e-auction.
The project in question involves the purchase of 500 MW of grid-connected hybrid renewable energy projects, with an additional “greenshoe option” of 500 MW.
The bid deadline for online submissions is November 28, 2023, while physical document submissions must be made by November 30, 2023.
The technical bid opening is scheduled for December 1, 2023, with the financial bid opening and reverse e-auction taking place on December 6, 2023.
The RfS document costs Rs. 25,000 plus 18% GST, and there is a tender processing fee of Rs. 15.0 lakhs plus 18% GST. Additionally, an earnest money deposit is required in the form of a bank guarantee.
