NewLink And China Innovation Centre Partner To Boost Renewable Energy In the UAE

NewLink Technology Limited, a prominent global player in energy IoT solutions and China’s largest digital energy asset operator has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the China Innovation Centre at Dubai Chambers (C.I.C.) to advance renewable energy and green technology industries in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The MOU, signed during the Dubai Business Forum 2023, expands upon NewLink’s existing partnership with the Dubai Chambers, emphasizing the joint vision of “Empowering the World with Green Energy.”

Key highlights of the MOU include:

1. Policy Insights and Recommendations: C.I.C. will provide crucial policy insights to inform decisions on adopting sustainable energy solutions in the UAE, fostering the growth of renewable energy and green technology industries in the region.
2. Talent and Research Exchange: The agreement facilitates talent and research exchanges in renewable energy between the UAE and China, fostering knowledge-sharing and expertise to advance research and enhance trade connections.
3. COP28 Showcase: During COP28 in December 2023, C.I.C. will host a showcase for NewLink and other Chinese renewable energy technology companies. This event will spotlight the latest innovations of NaaS Technology, a NewLink subsidiary, in green energy solutions.
