GoldenPeaks Capital Completes Acquisition of 283MW Ready-to-Build Assets in Q4 2023

GoldenPeaks Capital (GPC) has significantly reinforced its dedication to the Polish solar energy market with the successful acquisition of 283MW of ready-to-build (RtB) assets in the closing quarter of 2023.

As one of the fastest-growing independent green power producers in Europe and a prominent photovoltaic system owner in Poland, GPC has set its sights on furthering its commitment by acquiring an additional 150MW of RtB assets before the year’s end. This move will elevate its total acquisitions for the quarter to approximately 433MW.

This strategic move positions GPC to fulfill its ambitious objective of constructing an additional 1GW of solar assets within Poland by 2024.

The bulk of these solar sites is strategically situated in Poland’s western and northwestern regions, presenting a varied range of sizes, with capacities of up to 10MW each.
