Effective December 29, 2023, this acquisition marks a pivotal moment for Ebenezer Logistics as it strategically diversifies its business portfolio in alignment with its growth strategy. Renowned for top-notch cold chain solutions, HAVI Logistics strengthens Ebenezer Logistics’ standing in the logistics sector, particularly in the vital area of cold chain solutions, crucial for preserving the integrity of temperature-sensitive goods during transportation and storage. This addition includes approximately 30,000 square feet of cold storage capacity at Pandan Loop, enhancing Ebenezer Logistics’ diverse portfolio.

Alongside the acquisition, Ebenezer Group announces the signing of a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) contract with the Land Transport Authority (LTA). This contract secures the payment stream for a Build-Own Transfer (BOT) concession project, intending to power LTA’s Corporate Headquarters at Hampshire Road with a Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic (PV) System. This initiative, leveraging renewable energy from the sun, contributes to environmental sustainability and ensures long-term energy efficiency for the headquarters.

Mr. Kim emphasizes, “Signing the Power Purchase Agreement for the LTA Headquarters is our pledge to shape a sustainable future. The Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic System at Hampshire Road streamlines environmental responsibility and signifies our dedication to long-term energy efficiency, where renewable energy becomes the backbone of Singapore’s infrastructure.”
